Housing market in Singapore remains active amid global economical uncertainties. According to URA data, private non landed home price up by 1.3% in Q3 2019, while HDB resale price rose by 0.1% in the same period.
The increment was driven by Core Central Region (CCR) at 2.0% whereas Rest of Central Region (RCR) and outside Central Region (OCR) saw a hike of 1.3% and 0.8% respectively.
Analyst noted that the price increase could be due to healthy reception by public at the new home sales segment. By the way, the same quarter posted highest new home transaction since Q2 2013.
